Wisteria by teodw

Wisteria

Having tried unsuccessfully to grow a Wisteria on our pergola, we planted one beside an old tree stump and it has taken off. At the moment it is flowering abundantly and looks so pretty.

This photo is for my sister, Kelly. Today she would have been 51 yrs old. Yesterday we would have been the same age, a time from early childhood that I was always able to say we were the same age for just one day and she stopped being my big sister, so therefore could not boss me around! Oh, how I'd love to have her boss me around now.........
What will be.....will be.

On another note; Melbourne weather.....WTF....go away wind, rain, thunder and all things associated with winter. Roll on warmth and sunshine please.

Thanks for taking a peek into my 365 project.
Such a romantic looking image

That is beautiful. So soft and I love the background. Ours has gone nuts too right now and I could see the difference in the growth in the few days we have been away.

This is so lovely Terrie, love your focus and DoF! The wisteria is gorgeous at the moment. Sisters are very special people and I am sorry for your loss.
The weather here today has been 30 degrees but very high winds, the winds however were hot this morning and early afternoon. First proper swim in the pool today which we would normally do at the end of October.
