No photo could do this justice. Imagine standing in a fern garden surrounded on all sides by 30 metre cliffs which rise to a small (smaller than the floor) opening to the sky. Only way in, apart from falling in through the top, is through a narrow slit at one end.
A great place to sit in total silence (except when some noisy kids come in) for an hour or so and contemplate the meaning of life. Fabulous place

@joannakate Currently sitting in a caravan park in Port Douglas Joanna. On our way to Mossman and then the Savannah Way thru Mareeba and Atherton to Undara and beyond tomorrow. Don't know how close we are to you.
Wonderful to see and hear about these fabulous places! I would need more than two sticks to do help me do the walk! I will have to enjoy this incredible place through your great pics!
