Little Girl Lost?

My March posting.

Having a Red Winged Parrot visit one of the trees in your back yard may not be very exciting for some people but when you live only 7ks from the centre of Brisbane it is something very special. We have King Parrots as regular visitors and this guy seems to have followed them in. Pretty sure it is a young female.

It is the first time I have seen one of these anywhere in Brisbane.

The most exciting thing that has happened to me since Rhoda fell off her bicycle :-)

May not be very exciting for some people but I don't think I would ever stop being in awe of having such a beautiful bird visit my yard. Your back garden is such a glorious spot for bird watching, I am still envious - even without the benefit of home brew! Hope you are both keeping well.
