Agave Stricta

I am sick of taking this photo. This is the fifth time I have gone over to the Mt Cootha gardens and taken photos of the Agaves and every time they have been bumped by something else at the last minute. Drive to the gardens; walk straight to the agaves; take the pics; walk back to the car; drive home; do not pass go; do not collect $200. I have it down pat.
I was determined to post tonight so even though there was a pretty good sunset, which I photographed, they have held their spot at last

Congrats to the Agave Stricta for FINALLY making it into the project. Got a laugh out of your description of the process of taking their pic, over and over again. I have some things that have been photographed a number of times but repeatedly canned. I also have some things set aside as 'emergency' subjects. This is an interesting plant — looks sort of like a green hedgehog. Sort of.
