For the second morning in a row, we had a very foggy morning. Yesterday caught everyone by surprise but I was ready for it this morning and headed up to Mt Cootha before first light.
We were treated to a real display by mother nature and, my apologies in advance, but you are about to get swamped with foggy sunrise shots.
This is looking towards the city and is very early in the display. For much of the time, we seemed to be at the same level as the top of the fog layer.
Wow, amazing shot. And very well earned too. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of them. It looks rather chilly there. Did the temperature dip below 20 :)
