Day 8 - Munurru Rock Paintings 2

A few Ks down the road from the first rock painting site is a second site. It is also just a rocky outcrop and it was equally impressive in terms of the quality and quantity of paintings.
No need to comment again, just telling a story.

These paintings are really interesting, and very different from your first posting.

@pamknowler Pam, Have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bradshaw_rock_paintings I have been trying to decipher it but maybe you should read for yourself.
The paintings top left and bottom right are "Wandjina" painting and are fairly recent (5,000 years old?). The bottom left may be 40,000 years old ("The earlier art consists of crude animal drawings that are believed to be up to 40,000 years old." Wikipedia.
