A very cold New Year's Day. Great time to remove the ornaments from the tree. So they are off awaiting their place in the boxes, then getting put up for another year.
So colorful. I wait until the 12 days of Christmas are over and take them down on Epiphany. But then, I don't get them up too early... Happy New Year Gary! (oh, and the air fryer is basically a hot air convection oven. It can crisp things up with very little grease because of the air flow. So far what I like best are the vegetables prepared just the way I roast them in the oven, but they're better with the circulating air.)
