For our "Walk Through Christmas" we set everything up in the afternoon. This was the scene I worked as "Tech Support". I got to sit behind the set (the Inn) and turn on lights and sound when my wife (as the Greeter) announced, "Welcome to Bethlehem!". We had such a wonderful time, even when it rained. We had 22 groups come through, so we did the scene 22 times in 3 and 1/2 hours.
I've never seen a drive-through nativity before. It sounds intriguing. I hope that kids of now will continue to tell the story when they get to our age!
