Herb infused...

Beautiful Hot Sauce infused with Rosemary and Thyme, from the Market this weekend. I don't know how hot this is, but it was the color and herbs stems that convinced me to photograph it!

It looks good. Whether it’s too hot or not will depend on your tolerance for heat I guess. Mines not as high as it used to be.
