White Christmas

White Christmas? Well according to my weather app it’s going to rain. We have always had a real tree at Christmas but as I am on my own i will be spending Christmas with family. I decided for the easy option. White tree and white lights in my bay window. So many neighbours have a tree in their bay windows it looks really attractive when walking by.

Less is more :-) plus you save on clean up. Reminds me of the tree my grandmother had. I like it.

In my youth they always used to say a tree in the window was rather vulgar! 🤣 I love trees in the windows & we leave our blind up a bit in the evening so it shines for everyone to see. This is perfect for you on your own & not at home for the big day.

@happypat most people here leave the blinds up but in one house the tree is in the middle of the room away from the walls. I’ve never seen that before

What a beautiful tree. When our kids were small and we used to travel from various RAF camps to my Mum's for Christmas the girls used to count how many Christmas trees they saw in windows along the way. It was often a 200 km journey or even longer and can you imagine how many Christmas trees they counted in the time we were in the car. ha ha.
