That's a sad reality in many countries, unfortunately. It's quite a problem in Berlin where I normally live - you can find everything on the streets.

So sad, but at least they tried to put their rubbish in the bin. I blame the council for not emptying the bins regularly or maybe not putting enough bins there in the first place.
