Swift Creek Water Lily

Water lilies were blooming in the beaver pond close to our house about five weeks ago ( https://365project.org/timerskine/eclectica/2020-06-24). Today I found water lilies blooming in Swift Creek. I've lived in Virginia for three years now and am still amazed at the constant presence of flowering plants and trees from early spring until autumn.

@dutchothotmailcom They are lovely, aren't they? Swift Creek doesn't appear to have any pink ones like the old beaver pond, but these are beautiful.
