There is an overlook in Cedar Bluff, Virginia, that is named, oddly enough, Cedar Bluff Overlook Park.
This is a partial view from it. In it, a railroad crosses the Clinch River, which runs parallel to E. Cedar Valley Road.
The purple flowers in this shot are the blossoms of the redbud tree (yeah, it doesn't make any sense to me, either). The white flowers on the far side are from a dogwood.
