NHL: CBJ v NJ

Nearly ran out of time when I realized I didn't have a picture for the day. This is a shot of my TV. It's an NHL hockey game, with the Columbus Blue Jackets playing against the New Jersey Devils in New Jersey. As you can see from the scoreboard, it's all tied at 1 with 7-ish minutes to go in the 1st period.

I set up my camera on the tripod in front of the TV (It's not as well-aligned as it should be). I cranked my aperture to f22, my ISO to 64 to give me an eight second exposure of a fast-moving game in progress. The only thing that is really clear is the score, because it remains in the same place while the players, officials and even the camera moves around a lot and very quickly. Even the seconds on the game clock are blurry because the clock is counting down.

I should note that this is a recording of the game which was played last night. The Blue Jackets (my former home team) beat the Devils (on Halloween, no less) in overtime.
I think that this is perfect for Halloween, very ghostly and cool
