The Missus and I went to Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge to see the tundra swans before they head north to cooler climes (their breeding grounds are north of Hudson Bay). There were only a relative handful and we think the others are Canada-bound.
I did manage to catch this one stretching but I think it looks like it's conducting an orchestra. Not a very attentive orchestra, though. The other swans are sleeping and the Canada geese are feeding.
