My Get Pushed challenge for this week from @valpetersen was "quintessentially August."
I had a couple of ideas, most of which got rained out (we've had a near record amount of rain this week). But the South of the James Farmers Market provided me a great opportunity. Nothing says August quite like fresh fruit, produce and flowers being hawked from stalls.
So nice to see the fresh market is busy. You can beat the fresh veggies. Those people work hard to get the fresh food on those markets for us to buy. Nice behind the scene shot .
