This is Sandpiper Road in the Sandbridge area of Virginia Beach. It is a cold, wet, dreary November day so there is nobody at Little Island Park (just to the right) or Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge (immediately behind). So I was able to stop in the middle of the road, turn off my wipers to let some rain accumulate, and take this shot.
