While I was shooting red-winged blackbirds and turtles at the Old River Channel Wetlands at Dutch Gap Conservation Area a Canada goose took off from the far side of the wetland where it was hiding behind the tuckahoe. It flew right at me but I wasn't able to raise my camera and fire before it started to bank left. While I didn't get a picture in my camera, I have one in my head of it coming straight at me.
