Sandbridge beach is the northernmost point of the Outer Banks. It is a 15 minute drive from our home. So why do we drive 2.5 hours to North Carolina and rent a house for a week on the beach? In a word: horses. Specifically, the wild horses of Corolla.
The young stallion (right) challenged the stallion whose harem he coveted. The older stallion was having none of it and after a brief bit of nudging and grunting the youngster was sent packing.
