I had an amazing Mother's Day. We went on a drive, stopping for a lovely hike and then stopped by this wonderful spot with the most amazing views. We visited this spot last year as well, but the flowers this year made it all the more stunning! After a rest in the afternoon, I ate take out from one of my favorite restaurants, received hand made cards and chocolates from my kids, and we roasted marshmallows by a backyard campfire to end the night.
