Well, whaddya know

Someone told me it was possible to grow a new celery from the base of an old one. I was sceptical but thought I’d give it a go...
Now what to do with it??

It's not quite a salad yet!! I almost kept two carrots tops yesterday which had started sprouting - but I knew THEY didn't grown whole new carrots ;-)

It’s also possible to get a great photo of it. Pity celery isn’t the mundane challenge this month, this would be a strong contender.
