We had a lovely breakfast at Black Goo in Thame for my son’s birthday today. His wife had asked the waitress to pop a candle in his pancakes and as they approached the table the whole restaurant sang Happy birthday to him. Poor Orla was mortified to be the centre of attention and hid behind her dad.
