The real name of this large installation in Victoria Square is The River, but Brummies have always called the female statue ‘the floozie in the jacuzzi’. The flowing water underneath her hadn’t actually flowed for a number of years and flowers had been planted around her instead. Hopefully the fountain has now been repaired and it will start flowing again soon.
