They’re not funky modern troos, nor are they crazy golf trousers, they are pjs. I know - I got close enough to check!!! My mother used to sneer at women in the street who popped to their neighbours still wearing their slippers. I’m not that bad, but this was mid-morning in the centre of a busy city! What is this world coming to? 😉
This is really funny as yesterday in the CBD, in the afternoon, a young girl in her dressing gown!! I could almost hear my grandmother and the comments she would have made!!
When we first went into lockdown there was a sign on the door of one of our shops saying
'Masks must be worn at all times on these premises, but don't worry you can still enter wearing your pj's, slippers and no bra.'
I used to go to the stor in my slippers, when I only had to cross the road.
