Monday morning I caught this shot before heading to Seattle to see doctor. Just before sunrise. I notice the slight shadow caused by the sun rising behind Mt Rainier. I hadn't noticed it when I was shooting. I got up early today, Tuesday, to catch a shadow and waited and waited but no shadow. Maybe I'll see it later too?way better on black if you have time.
Wow! such beautiful work. the lighting and tonal quality is superb. FAV
On another note, Trinda, would you be willing to send me your personal email to lindahegland@icloud.com I am doing research and thesis on place and sense of place and its impact on artists and art-making for my MA (my very late in life MA). I read your artist statement and I was hoping to talk to you about your being a subject.
