This morning Mt Rainier was making a couple of small lenticular clouds that were blowing off to the right, Southwest I believe, which is opposite the usual wind direction I see. Cloudy sky today but Rainier was visible most of the day.
Wow.... stunning!!

@lyndemc Well, i haven't studied clouds, but I love to catch all sorts of cloud effects as they seem way more interesting than just a clear, unobscured Mt Rainier. I have a friend who lives north of here that said that I don't understand, they want to see Rainier all pristine. I get that, we say, "the mountain is 'out' today. But living close by, clear skies are really boring and I don't shoot those days unless the color is nice or a moon is rising nearby.
