Happy New Year to All. May 2014 be kind to us. No floods, no fires, no droughts, I hope, we had our fill during 2013. To symbolise our new beginning, this is a flower bud filled with the promise of good things to come. Hopefully it will burst open and go onto produce a glorious Custard Apple - one of my favourite fruits.
beautiful shades of green and the burst of energy is so evident. i hope to see the custard apple as i don't think i've seen one before. great start for the new year.
I love custard apples too. Hopefully it will be a good year for them. I love the way they polinate - male flowers high on the tree, female lower down on same tree!
