Inland Steel Building #3

I love to try and find unusual and abstract views when taking shots of modern buildings.
@taffy one more from our Inland Steel Tour!

I like the PoV, the perspective, the exquisite tone control...I don't like the leaning verticals ;-((

Great leading lines and vanishing point :)

Strong leading lines and an intriguing optical illusion effect. I like it a lot.

Love the lines leading towards the light!! Fav!

I'd have to rotate it like this so as to stop my neck hurting! :-) Very effective

@vignouse this is no critic of your review, I love your critique and I always learn from it, but just a little confused and want to clarify your opinion, you said that you liked the perspective and pov, then why are my leaning verticals are disturbing...this shot was taken by tilting my camera at an angle to capture the feeling of running along the building as if it were a corridor...like I said always love your feed back so no ego will be burned :)

@ukandie1 I suppose that by perspective, I meant the leading lines taking one's eye to a vanishing point - I just felt perturbed by the way that the image appears to lean to the left. The effect is reduced if you crop in from the left to remove the first 'vertical' line. I've given you the Fav that I meant to give you last time and forgot :-))

This is fantastic...it's makes me think that you've caught a long hallway -- which I can see was your intent. A great play with the lines and shadows!
