My favourite snack at NCPA Cafe or Amadeus is Tibetan Momos.
They do them to perfection and are served still moist
and liquidy inside to give you that burst of flavour in the vegetable or seafood filling. The 4 sauces that accompany them are good too.
I was disappointed with my pics of the Jain Festivities today and so have used this pic from 2 days ago.
My wife will be jealous.. These are her fav snack.. You can get them here at the markets but I'm told they're not quite the same...

Thank you. Momos can be very differently done. I like this transparent covering as it has less flour and more of the filling.
