We happened to be on the Neckar dam near Ludwigsburg at the right time. While everyone was watching the sunset, this was going on on the opposite side. The background is not that sharp, as it was a "longish" exposure done with the camera lowered down off the bridge - the only way I could fit both the falling water and the background.
By the way, I think it's better on black.
