I stopped by an exhibition today that featured Stacy Snelling's installation "One Thousand Shacks", which draws attention to poverty around the world. A breath-taking wall-to-wall 3d model of many little shacks, each of them equips with it own voice (all speaking at the same time), a little story, people moving in the windows (on little screens). In some of them, you have to look inside to see what's happening. My favourite shot ended up to be my favourite perspective - full-front. But there is so much you can see and discover! https://lsa.umich.edu/humanities/news-events/all-events.detail.html/39732-8265748.html
Thanks for visiting. I think, it's best on back.
Saw this on PP - what an incredible piece of art - sounds fantastic to see and when I first saw it I thought you had captured some where in South America! fav
