The Hermitage Splendor

The Armorial Hall at the Hermitage museum. One of the Entertainment Rooms of the Winter Palace in Saint Petersburg, used as a concert hall after the revolution. As gold-glowing as it is on a gloomy day, it really shines when the sun comes in through the windows.
Thanks for visiting.
Awesome capture, light, symmetry

@bob65 We were there on the day it was open till 9 pm! Still some tourist groups, but at least somewhat enjoyable. Otherwise it is horribly busy and is really a torture rather than a treat. :)
