I have too many pictures that I'd like to share from our 3-day trip through Michigan, I'll put them into the "overflow" folder. This is from the same area of Sleeping Bear Dunes, which is a National Park with its 280 square km area of big sand dunes on the shore of lake Michigan. Not many people were there on that day - that's my husband walking as a lonely figure. https://www.nps.gov/slbe/index.htm
How lovely that location is! We in the States are so fortunate to have lots of natural beauty within rage, and yet this looks like a vacation far far away!
