This chestnut Percheron is a stable mate to the two greys that I pictured in this album 14 July - in fact there is also a third grey. The greys tend to graze alongside each other but the chestnut is often a bit of a loner. Here he is, off with some purpose to graze on the other side of the pasture... perhaps he knows something the greys don't?
@maggiemae@trinda I was quite worried by the idea that he might be being rejected or ostracized by the greys, so I made a point of passing by their pasture this morning and I was pleased to see that they were all happily grazing close together.
