Get Pushed 106: Working Feet - Take 2

My Get Pushed partner for this week Trisha @trishaclancy said: 'I challenge you to capture "feet with a story". Walking, resting, jumping ...just feet.'

After Mrs S's working feet yesterday, here's me working on the refurbishment of our rental house - I'm currently replacing the bedroom carpets with laminate flooring which has to be cut to fit, especially around door frames and things...

...and yes, I know I should have a guard on the circular saw, but it it renders it unusable for what I need to do!

As is often the case, it is better viewed on black... IMHO!
@trishaclancy Hi Trisha - here's a second attempt at meeting your challenge - a rather different approach to yesterdays - I hope it meets your expectations. If nothing else, Mrs S and I are getting a lot of household chores done ;-)

Something a tiny bit ominous about a saw aimed between your feet

@trinda As long as it stays at that level, I'm not too worried!

You met your challenge and did a triptych as well. Congratulations!

You are so creative...... Where do I find a Get Pushed Partner??? I have enjoyed your challenge

Your fingers look in even more danger than Mrs S's toes -

This is great, love the way you've processed it but I don't know that I'd be standing just there

Really interesting!

I really love this! Yes, the image tells us some story with feet! FAV!

Well, it's certainly feet! Interesting.

Interesting pov, and love the shot of red around the saw. Does look dangerous.

Lou
I quite like this - the pop of red, well, pops!

Cool shot. It takes a second or two to realize what you're looking at. I too like the pop of red and the blue too.

Really like this. Very creative.

Took me a moment to work out what you were doing, it was like one of those photo challenges in magazines. Nice feet! katharine

What a unique photo! The POV is an eye-catcher, as is the red plate on the saw. The natural light is perfect and the inclusion of the feet gives it a personal touch, a "man-at-work" feel.

You're so right with the llama comment you made; the darker guy was not happy to be stuck inside the fenced in yard. They prefer to be able to see out and around them. I've caught them peering through knot holes in that fence on occasion. Lucky for them, their visits there are only temporary while the house is empty, something that's about to change.

I think this is great. I love the feet especially

Oooo...this is my favorite "working feet" one so far. I really like the subdued tones, the pop of red, and the mix of rectangular lines.

Hey this work area looks like my office. Almost like a selective color. That red on the saw is still the show from your feet.

Really well done story. Nicely done for your challenge, Richard. Love the bit of color.

Fantastic fav. Love the tones the processing the tryptich and the flooring, very much like the boathouse pine I have.
