So neat because they don't lay down a lot. At least I've never seen horses laying done much and you have two together. Though I have to say when you first see it sorta of eerie or is that just my weird imagination. Never mind I know what you're going to say.
@joansmor FWIW - horses lay down to grow, so you see foals laying down but not adults - unless they're ill. These two aren't ill - as you will realise from my @se7en posting - I just caught them momentarily still as they were rolling in the grass.
@vignouse Thank you and I saw the other one. Mostly I've only seen them laying in the shade on a hot day and sort of rubbing their backs. I knew that about not feeling well (assumed why they were laying on a hot day) but about growing.
Wonderful but strange - looks as though they're taking a nap human style.
We're get-pushed partners this week - you're such a talented photographer that I've had difficulty thinking of a challenge because I don't think there's much you haven't done. However, I don't think I've seen a photo which has fire or flames - so how about that for this week?
I can't say that I have ever seen a horse laying down. I find it interesting. It relaxes me. Love the colors and the sapling on the horses. I can't seem to stop looking at it.
Great shot! I mean, how often do you see two horses sacked out like this? They must've had one tough week. Really like the post work done on this image.
