B&W February: Unfinished bridge by moonlight...

...in fact, it's nothing of the sort!

What I like to do sometimes, as an exercise to better understand light and it's effect in an image, is to attempt to recreate certain types of light. In fact this is a pontoon carrying supply pipes in a water supply reservoir and the photograph was taken in bright sunlight in the middle of the afternoon. I then attempted to relight the image using Silver Efex Pro 2, Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC, to create the illusion that it was taken at night, lit by moonlight. It was a fun project to do.
well you did well Richard - you tricked me

Fun to play and see what can be done. Just imagining sitting by the water in moonlight. How lovely that would be.
