Paimpont Abbey at Pentecost by vignouse

Paimpont Abbey at Pentecost

I realised today that I haven't posted a pic of Paimpont Abbey since 3 January so as today is Pentecost Sunday, it seems a suitable day for another view of one of my favourite subjects.

Note: I have since discovered that I also posted a picture of the Abbey 8 March this year... old age is taking its toll on my memory!
Interesting reading about Pentecost. Not really known to me but I'm not a heathen! Very pretty lake in front of this great Abbey!

Beautiful tranquility ..Is the Fuji a new Toy?

@tosee I've had it a few weeks Tom - when first released a couple of years ago, it cost 3000€ with three prime lenses... at the end of its life, I cracked for a special offer of 1000€ - about 65% of the cost of the lenses alone. It's a very different beast to my Nikons, but as I'm a Mr Gadget, I couldn't resist it!

@yrhenwr Being a gadget freak, I've been busting to try out an X-trans sensor and the stock clearance deal was too good to resist! But it's so big... I can feel an XT-10 beginning to scratch away my resistance!
