...a cold dark beer goes down well - especially when served with complimentary smoky cured ham and salty crackers, as it is in my preferred watering hole.
@jack4john It's actually a lager, would you believe! Contrary to what many believe, 'lager' is a beer which is cold fermented - it can be anything from very pale in colour and delicate in flavour to dark and full-bodied like this one, depending on the hops, the grain and how much it is malted. @gamelee Thanks Lee - the blurring is just selective focus... what isn't apparent is that the beer is on a glass table-top and the menus are on a shelf 6" below it and outside of the limited DoF. I tried it with the ham & crackers as the point of focus, but I liked this way best.
