Driftwood by vignouse

Driftwood

View from the 'beach' at the far-side of Paimpont Lake, newly accessible following the opening yesterday of the extension to the the perimeter walkway... and, in the distance, a familiar sight to followers of my project!

Best viewed on black if you have the time...
Fabulous shot!

I like the look of that church over there - B&W suits buildings so well as well as water!

If trees could speak, I feel this would have an interesting tale to tell.

B&W just brings out the details that color might distract us from seeing, like the spiky line of pines on the horizon.

As always, fantastic processing - stunning on black.

This is amazing. I love how the driftwood is the focal point, but there is enough in the background to give the eye something to move to. Beautiful composition.
