This is Mitzi's preferred dog spot on the sofa - hence the blanket. This lunch-time Chania decided that she would try it for size which immediately sent Mitzi into a tizzy: she is standing out of shot to the left, on the hearth-rug, barking her head off trying to dislodge the intruder... but the feline is claiming squatter's rights and defending her territory in that special way that cats have - and just look at those ears!
