...our Canton town seen from the neighbouring village of La Ruisselée.

One to view on black I think...
I want to go down the road to see the village tucked in the woods.

@joansmor It's just four houses straddling a little stream.. in even the recent past in rural France there was no running water so hamlets developed around a water source. It was the same where we live, three houses (only two now) and a pump (still there) at the side of the road. Our house got electricity in 1952 and running water in 1958!

Always best on black, right? It is amazing on black in fact. So interesting the way the village were built, but that makes perfect sense.
