You've seen a picture of this water purification system balancing reservoir before but much earlier in the year and not with this treatment.
'Bridge to Nowhere'? Well obviously it goes somewhere... the other side of the reservoir to be precise, but given that you van walk round in a couple of minutes I'm not sure why the bridge was constructed.
So many different shades of black must mean so many different shades of green! It would be very beautiful in colour but this one is just lovely too! fav

Methinks that the bridge was constructed to add interest, to encourage us to think (dupe kindly?) that this is an area where walkers are neither forbidden nor encouraged...in the interests of Nature.
