Peeking in on Mrs S who was chilling after all the exertions in the early hours of the morning. The house is now reasonably dry but we have no water... the plumber is due to call at 08h00 tomorrow morning - happily, his Dad is a friend ;~}
Being able to weather the storms of home ownership does take certain state of mind and calmness. Do very much like the roll with the punches of life feel.
Very creative and strong result. Good luck...water problems are always so unnerving.
PS -- new camera arrived a few days ago and is so far holding up nicely. A few hundred photos to go before I can replicate, or hopefully NOT replicate the LED screen problem, though.

Neither of us do 'panic mode'. Damage limitation enabled us to get to bed some time after 4am. Fortunately, whilst R is an owl, I'm a lark; thus by lunchtime the worst was resolved. Neighbours came for aperitif...their last as they're in the throes of moving. New ones expected next week.* The beat goes on ;-)
@jgpittenger Hi Jane - this is not a double exposure, it was taken from outside looking into the lounge hence the reflections of the sky and trees in the window glass. The plumber came at 08h00 and the water was reconnected by 09h00... ooff!

*Sounds like an out of stock item?
(I love your M&R cushion!)
