I really like the soft look. Did you get it in camera or apply it afterwards? Just interested... the answer wouldn't affect its appeal to me. Fav

I took into PS and applied a 15 pixel Gaussian blur at about 30% opacity. I often find that, for me, images like this with lots of fine detail are too sharp, they just look clinical, even ugly, so this is a technique that I use quite often - as you have clearly noticed.
