@annied is hosting a challenge for April to take 30 shots of the same subject - since I've been struggling for inspiration all year, I've chosen to join in just for the fun of it. I have decided that my subject will be the glass cabinet in our kitchen - here's the twenty-fifth glimpse of what you might find within...
Like most folk we guess, we often accumulate little items that have no real value but that we don't want to part with - what the French call 'bibelots' - these items often find a home in our glass cabinet. Here we have two small verrine (or shot) glasses that came with a Marks & Spencer three-course ready meal - £10 for two with a bottle of wine included! Plus a pierrot pill box and two porcelain spoons that came from another ready meal from somewhere!
I’m finding this series an eye opener. On display is ´clearly’ not clear enough when I pass these items several times a day. These shots have given me pause for thought, made me realise how fortunate that those around us foresaw the 365 need ;-)
