Tendrils... and bokeh!

This is a kiwi-fruit plant growing up a plant arch in the back-garden. Had the usual B&W v Colour wrestle... usual result.

BoB it is...

So simply and yet such a wonderful composition of contrasting shapes and tones.

Is that kiwi fruit plant or just a plant that came from NZ? Lovely soft light on it!

@maggiemae Kiwi-fruit plant Maggiemae - we got it as a cutting from somewhere or other. It was moved in the spring as part of the garden remodelling so no fruit this year.

Such a wonderful set of lines and varying focus -- lovely!

I like the curls and how they contrast with the thick lines.

The tiny leaf, second from the right is exquisite.
Man + Nature = Splendid Shot.

Think you choose wisely

It's difficult that color wins the wrestle. B&W is so more truthful!

B&w is just perfect, for this picture

I enjoy how the farthest right leaf is almost appears to be lifting his 'hand' in triumph. FAV!

I like your choice. Of course, I would try without a ladder. But she balances the composition so well.

Fabulous image!

Nice one ... even if the subject is somewhat over-powered by the bokeh. Sums up what I don't like about the current fixation with bokeh

Nice bokeh!
