The sedge is withering from the lake... by vignouse

The sedge is withering from the lake...

...and no bird sings!

A slight misquote from the celebrated poem by John Keats - 'La Belle Dame Sans Merci'.

(For the first time in over 7 years of being on here, last month was a blank month for me... a break was needed.)
Oh I have been so worried about the two of you and kept my fingers crossed it was just a break. It will be easier to take pictures without my fingers crossed. I think I keep the motivation up because I need them for my scrapbooking. Also because I don't take a picture a day. I take them when I have the time and motivation. I have always admired those who could take a picture a day. You have come back with a bang. This is fab.

Oh, I'm so glad to see you back. I was concerned that both you and Mrs S. had gone AWOL. Lovely image to herald your return.

So good to see you back, Richard! I looked for your and Margo's images backwards and noticing the stop on 31 March I was a little worried. Hope all is well with you.
