This is one of a pair of young fillies in a field that we passed this afternoon at the edge of Paimpont Forest - the 'we' being the Tuesday afternoon walking group. This one was the less shy of the pair and was happy for me to fondle her muzzle. When I went on my way to catch up with the rest of the group, she followed me around the perimeter of the field. At this point, the lane I was on dips downwards and I was amused when she lowered her head to watch me through the fence rails.
(You can find an explanation of OCOLOY in my 1 January post and in my profile.)
Yesterday I wanted to stroke the door; today it's this friendly and curious horse. You have captured his coat (great POV) in such a way that I could count the individual hairs. Sorry, got use the same word as Graham. Outstanding!
