As the title confirms, I love Ray-Ban sunglasses. I've had a few pairs over the years. At the moment I have a pair of large black aviators and I've recently purchased a brown pair of wayfarers.
I know it's not the most fascinating shot, but I've seen a few photos of Ray-Ban sunglasses on Flickr and elsewhere and fancied having a go at it myself.
There's something prestigious and timeless about Ray-Bans. I think that if you look after your Ray-Bans, they'll last you a lifetime. They just don't seem to scratch. Even if a particular style is not in fashion now they soon will be again; I remember wearing my dad's wayfarers in the late 80s!
Semi-professional photographer based in Nottingham, England, I shoot mainly events and weddings. I'll be posting my work using my Fujis - X100S and X-Pro1.
